• Each consignor gets a max of 200 items per consignor number

• New or gently used In Season ONLY Clothing Items

• Sizes accepted: Newborn-18 youth; Junior Sizes; Adult Sizes that teens will wear.  

• All Clothing needs to be less than 5 years old and in current trends.

• CLOTHING LIMITS:

  • Limit of 50 items per gender of 12 months and under

  • Limit of 30 items sizes 14 and up per gender

  • Limit of 50 Junior/Adult items.  Adult items are only items teens would wear. Ex: Lululemon; Nike; etc.  Jeans accepted year-round for Juniors. (Example of brands that sell best are American Eagle, Aerie, Hollister, Altar'd State Lululemon, Zara, Free People, Champion, Old Navy, Abercrombie, PacSun, Urban Outfitters, Nike, Adidas, Vans, Forever21, Athleta, Fabletics, any boutique brands, any athletic clothing.)  

  • Limit of 5 pairs of adult shoes on approved brands list only. 

  • ACCEPTED BRANDS LIST FOR ADULT SHOES: Tennis shoes (On Cloud, Hoka, Nike, Adidas, Under Armour, New Balance, etc.), Ugg, Golden Goose, Steve Madden, Birkenstock, Crocks, Converse, Vans, Koolaburra, Hunter rainboots, Tory Burch, any boutique brands.  

  • Boots and pumps are not accepted for Spring/Summer. Flip flops/sandals are not accepted for Fall/Winter. If you have questions- please email for approval.

• OTHER CATEGORIES WITH LIMITS:​​

  • "Basket Items" are limited to 40 per consignor.  These are the misc. items we put in our wall of baskets. These items include but are not limited to the following categories:

    • Accessories

    • Bows 

    • Tights (Matilda Jane, boutique, or new in package only)

    • Winter and Summer style Hats 

    • Bottles. Nipples must be new or excluded

    • Sippy Cups

    • Feeding Untensils

    • Food and Formula Storage Containers

    • No socks, bibs, burpcloths, or underwear. 

  • Backpacks, Bags, and Purses are limited to the following brands: Matilda Jane, Vera Bradley, Pottery Barn, Disney, Lounge Fly, Stoney Clover, Nike, Lululemon, Northface.  Please feel free to email about any other brands.

• Shoes in excellent condition that have been cleaned. Shoes that are dirty, lots of wear, fading, scuffs, and worn toes will be rejected. 

• Dance Clothing, Costumes, and Dance Shoes

• Dress Up Clothes

• Sports Clothing (football/ baseball pants, soccer shorts, cleats, etc.)

• Toys (In working condition and with all pieces included) Toys need to be cleaned and additional pieces need to be securely attached with zip ties 

• Outdoor/Large Toys

• Puzzles- must include all pieces

• Games- must include all pieces

• Wraps, Swaddles, Sleep Sacks (Must be on hangers)

• Baby Carries (Must be on hangers)

• Nursing Covers (Must be on hangers)

• Blankets (No receiving blankets.  Must be on a hanger)

• Baby Equipment- All baby equipment must be thoroughly wiped down and sanitized before drop off.  Any dirty equipment will be rejected. Also, please check to make sure the items you are bringing in have not been recalled.

• Adult clothing unless it is a style/brand worn by teens.  These will be checked at drop off.

• Maternity Clothing

• Clothes with stains, holes, tears or smelling of cigarette smoke or pets

• Clothing covered in pet hair

• Clothing with extreme wear and fading

• Out of date clothing- older than 5 years

• Out of season clothing- (School uniform guidelines are an exception);

  • Spring/Summer- No sweaters, coats, or heavy materials like corduroy and fleece.  Light weight jackets, rain jackets, and light weight sweaters are permitted.  Jeans will be accepted for children's sizes if space is available, but always sell better in the fall. Boots must be limited to rain boots and cowboy/cowgirl boots.

  • Winter/ Fall- No sleeveless items unless matched with a sweater or long sleeve option. Short sleeves and shorts will be accepted if they are seasonally appropriate and comply with school dress code since it stays hot here until October. Sandals and flip flops are not accepted at our fall sale unless they are specific to hiking or outdoor activities (Ex: Chacos)

• Shirts from vacation cities, school runs/events, church camps, etc.

• School shirts are limited to Wilson County Schools, Lebanon Schools, Friendship, DCA, and MJCA.  These are our primary shoppers and others tend not to sell.  

• Homegoods

• Car seats more than 5 years old or car seats that have been in a wreck (You will be required to sign a car seat waiver)
