Q: What form of payment do you take?
A: Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Apple Pay.
Q: Is this event free to the public?
A: Yes. Once we open to the public, all our shopping times are free of charge.
Q: Are kids allowed to come?
A: Due to the recent restrictions with Covid-19, we are asking shoppers to consider leaving kids at home if possible. If you do need to bring your kids, we suggest coming later in the day on opening day (after 2pm) or during the week to avoid big crowds. We will be monitoring the number of people in the building at any time and want those spots to be utilized by adult shoppers. We also want to reduce the spread of germs as much as possible and feel this is the best way to do this.
Q: Do you have shopping bags?
A: Yes, we will have IKEA shopping bags available.
Q: What are discount days?
A: Starting on Thursday after we open, we will have a 25% and 50% off day. Items marked "Discount: YES" will be sold at the discount. These discounts are set by the sellers. Everything else will be full price.
Q: Can you hold items?
A: Unfortunately, due to the short time of our sale, we are not able to hold items or sell items via our Facebook page. During our Consignor Pre-sale and Opening Day, we will have a system for claiming large items while you shop.
Q: What if I decide I don't want an item while I'm shopping?
A: Please return all unwanted items to a designated "return rack", or find a worker that can return it to its original place.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: All sales are final. All items are checked when they come in to ensure they are in top condition. If your purchase does not work as specified after purchase, please email us at email@example.com within 24 hours. Please keep the tag with information.
Q: How do I shop early?
A: You can shop before the public by consigning with us, working the sale, or purchasing a ticket to our Charity Pre-Sale for $10. You can also register as a new mom.
