Lollitots Consignment is Wilson and eastern Davidson County’s premier consignment sale. Our goal is to provide parents with a sale that has great quality items at amazing prices. We want to support our growing community and provide an excellent consignment experience. Our focus is on customer service and providing our consignors with an enjoyable atmosphere. We want to make consigning with Lollitots Consignment easy and fun.

What is consignment?

Consignment sales are a great way for parents to make some extra money by selling their children’s new and gently used items that they have outgrown or no longer use. It is also a perfect way for parents to stock up on clothing, toys, and equipment at a fraction of retail prices. Kids grow so fast and the cost of keeping up with their changing needs can be expensive and consignment is the perfect way to save on those must have items.

Our sales are held twice a year: a spring sale and a fall sale. Consignors will determine a price for all items they want to sell and then tag the items accordingly. The seller then gets 70% of their selling price minus a $10 registration fee. Once the consignor has tagged all of their items, they will drop them off at our sale during our designated drop off times. The sale will be held over 5-7 days. At the end of the sale, the Consignor can choose to pick up any unsold items or donate them to a local charity.

Here are some of the basics of consigning with Lollitots Consignment.

  • As a Consignor, you will receive 70% of the seller price of items put in the sale.
  • There will be a $10 fee deducted from your overall sales to assist with advertising to bring in a larger number of shoppers.
  • You must consign a minimum of 15 items to be considered a consignor.
  • If you refer 3 new consignors to our sale, we will waive your $10 registration fee. Make sure they list your name as a reference when they register to get credit for your referrals.

What types of items are sold at our sales?

We will have a large variety of children’s new and gently used clothing (size newborn-16), toys, books, games and baby equipment such as strollers, high chairs, car seats, cribs, and maternity clothing.

New to our sale: We will be accepting a limited number of juniors clothing; women’s designer clothing, shoes, and purses; prom and formal wear (spring sale only); seasonal holiday décor items.

How do I shop before the general public?

There are several ways you can shop our sale before it opens to the public.

  1. You can become a Consignor by putting a minimum of 15 acceptable items in our sale.
  2. You can volunteer to work a shift in our upcoming sale. Shifts are 4 hours and allow you to shop before the Consignors. You can donate items to our sale instead of working a 4 hour shift. We will need several items to put together a successful sale and will be glad to barter early shopping times for those items. To see a full list of those items needed, please look under the Volunteer Page.

How do I get started?

Before you begin tagging items, you will need to register as a Consignor with Lollitots Consignment. For the first sale, you will register as a New Consignor. You will need to register for each sale, but you do not have to get a new consignor number. Your number and password will carry over from sale to sale. So once you have a Consignor Number, you will register for each sale as a Returning Consignor. Once you have registered, you can go to the Consignor Login to begin tagging and managing your items.
